Brave Esthetics LLC Cancellation Policy I kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will incur a fee of 35% of the service total.• Same-day cancellations and no-shows will also be charged 35% of the scheduled service.• Guest who arrive more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and will be subject to the cancellation fee. All cancellation fees must be paid before booking any future appointments. I value your time and mine, and this policy helps ensure availability for all guest.
